How's the Market at the Coast?

I have expanded my coastal properties section of the website to include more data on the Long Beach Peninsula. For people looking at properties to purchase on the coast I now have a searchable platform for the entire Peninsula.

Rod's Coastal Properties List

Many readers of this blog may already live at the coast so I also have a market watch report available as well.

Coastal Market Report

There are quite a few homes listed at the coast right now, I'd say the market is moving towards the buyers favor and that bodes well for people wanting to retire at the coast. The Long Beach Peninsula has been a great spot to retire for many years and it is also a fantastic place to get a second home for those who enjoy the sand and surf.

These links will be permanently posted on this blog site for review in the future.

Coast is Getting Some Snow Today!

My sister lives on the Long Beach Peninsula up near Oysterville. This morning she awoke to some heavy snow coming down which accumulated to about two inches and is still coming down as of this writing. Heavy snowfalls are unusual along the northern Oregon and SW Washington beaches but they do happen every few years. Enjoy the winter chaos beach lovers :)
